The sizing is a bit weird im 2 weeks post pardum 165 pounds and orgionally ordered a medium but the size runs very small especially in the legs. Ended up with a size XXL and it fits great. The best part of this product is that it supports and lifts the pelvis which felt very weak after a vaginal birth. I wear it daily around the house to help hold me in.
