How do I connect M5 Smart to the app?

Turn on your M5 Smart.
Open the Momcozy App and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Tap Add Device, select M5 Smart, or scan the QR code on the pump.
Once connected, you’ll see the control page.

Can I control both pumps at the same time?

Yes. The app supports dual control, so you can adjust both pumps together with one tap.
You can also switch between left / right pump control and set different modes or suction levels for each side.


Can I connect M5 Smart to multiple phones?

For the best experience, connect to one phone at a time.
If you want to switch phones, disconnect from the current device first and pair again on the new phone.


Can I use M5 Smart without the app?

Yes. The Momcozy App is optional—M5 Smart can also be used directly with the pump controls.



What can I control in the app?

Once connected, you can start/stop pumping, switch modes, adjust suction levels, and check key pump status (such as battery level) right from the Momcozy App.

    Love this pump

    Works wonders! I’m a breastfed mom going back to work and I think this will help me keep up with my pumping. It’s comfortable and easy to use, I like the app connectivity but I can also just use the buttons.

    Hands Free with Good Output!

    I bought this pump after doing a lot of research on hands-free options so that I could easily pump when I go back to work. I'm a teacher who pumps on my prep hour and during lunch and this pump allows me to leave my room to make copies instead of being stuck with two bottles protruding from my chest. It's not the quietest and it adds noticeable bulk (I call them my Dolly Partons, but my coworker says I look natural), but I have better output with this pump than I do with my Spectra so I can handle the minimal cons. I'm able to continue my breastfeeding journey, which I was worried I wouldn't be able to do once I was off maternity leave. I'm so glad I have these!
