Warranty Policy

1. Warranty coverage

The limited warranty only covers the original purchaser of the warranted products. When you transfer or gift the products to other people, the warranty does not transfer to cover any subsequent owners, transferees,or beneficiaries.

2. Coverage products

1 : Only for the products with batteries, such as wearable pumps, lactation massagers, baby monitors, bottle warmers, and so on;

2 :Only for the motor parts, not for the accessories;

3 :The warranty only covers normal wear and tear. If you don’t use the product following the manual instruction, or carry any unauthorized disassembly / repair / modification, or break it under the condition of misuse/abuse / rough handling / negligence / accidents, or damage it with liquid including water / milk entering breast pump motor, the warranty is not available for the situation listed above.

3. Coverage duration

1. One year from the date the original purchaser, who is from the countries except EU countries, receives the product.

2. Two years from the date the original purchaser, who is from EU countries, receives the product.

4. Please note, important!

1 : Please keep your original proof of purchase from momcozy.com as it is required to exercise your warranty;

2 : Any warranty claimed must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase and wear/tear situation and others in the form of pictures or photography, which can help us to examine the products to check whether it’s within the coverage of the warranty;

3 : The refund is only available 7 days after you receive the product, which means once it exceeds 7 days since you receive the product, you can only apply for the warranty or exchange service more than a refund. The exchange service is accessible within 30 days since you receive the product in the situation that the quality problems are verified by us, and the warranty service is accessible within 1 year for countries except for EU countries and 2 years for EU countries since you receive....

4 : Once you apply for the warranty and we have repaired or provided a replacement for the items once, you can not apply for another warranty for the products which we have repaired or exchanged for you;

5 : For warranty claims, please send an email to support@momcozy.com with your order number and the reason for your claim. One of the team will then instruct you on how to proceed. All transport/courier fees for sending and receiving are to be covered by the customer.

6 : Momcozy will repair or replace the items once we have determined that their defects meet the terms and conditions of this warranty.
