If you get pain while pregnant in the girls GET THIS. I am NOT nursing but the girls have been incredibly uncomfy and a little painful and this is my LIFESAVER. The cold feels so much better and the way they can sit in a bra is so comfortable. The fabric that goes over the packs allow for less friction so it doesnt hurt as much to have them in. The packs also let me sleep a little better as they have some cushion and thickness to them so the girls dont hurt so bad against a surface.
