Love, love, love these things, especially for the Busty gals, they cover quite a bit of surface area. Tip double check the wattage on your microwave, if you choose to use that option because you probably only need 30 seconds or less otherwise they get hot very fast and stay hot for quite a while.When I first use them, I chose to use the hot function instead of the cooling function, I placed them and then after I removed them, I did a short five minute massage, I definitely feel I produce more, especially with it being a midday pump session. Very happy with my purchase!I am re-lactating being that I stopped one month, postpartum, due to having a very difficult recovery and not being able to keep up with the pumping sessions, so we supplement it with formula, but after doing some research: after three months and up to six months, is optimal timeframe to re-lactate, which is what I am currently doing and these are definitely helping. Theres still milk in there, and my body is still producing it, I just have to teach it to give me more, especially with the baby growing so is their appetite. Hope this helps.
