The birthing ball and ring are so easy to fill and set up! And the online resource is amazing as well.
Heads up, you need to download the MomCozy app to utilize the subscription, and once you give your code (it’s the box with the ball) you have 2 years of use! I loved how the app has different exercises for each trimester, and for pre and postpartum. It’s easy to use and very intuitive once you get it going! The site design is beautiful as well.
