It has great enough support for gym usage, or to be able to just wear with racerback tank tops throughout the day! It's my go to racerback during my nursing months. It does make me look even heavier chested aside from the lactation aspect (it's pretty padded), so just a fair warning if you're wanting something to sleek and slim your chest- this isn't the right option. Otherwise it fits the bill perfectly.
