Was definitely very helpful to know the size of my nips so I could bump without too much pain,was very easy. Find the circle that fits your nip but make sure is not too tight around it because once you bump it will grow a bit.Good product

I truly wish I had known about this the first time I breastfed. Everyone told me not to get portable pumps and that corded wall plug pumps with dual motors work better and are more reliable well I find these work so much better than my spectra. I produce double the amount of breast milk with these portables and they are so much more comfortable to use. I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer for more uses during the day but otherwise I have no complaints, I still get about 3 or 4 pumps without charging these.
