These are more comfortable and softer than the other maternity underwear i bought. These are great with dresses, and don't really show any underwear lines. I was a size 8 before pregnancy and I got a medium. I thought they might be too small but they were still pretty roomy! They are not super supportive but I don't believe they were meant to be. They just don't dig in like my other low waist underwear.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've needed to wear over the belly everything to help with pelvic floor support. These are super comfortable and have a good amount of support! It totally fixed the pelvic floor discomfort I was experiencing with only 1 main drawback. They do seem to be the cause of my heartburn flaring at the end of the day. I found that if I fold them down a bit so that they are still over the belly but not all the way up to my armpits, I can avoid the elevated heartburn for the most part!
