I have multiple milk catchers from various brands and I have to say I like the flange design. It passively collects without much suction, but I don't lose any drops from the opening and it's stable on flat surfaces. What I can't figure out from the product listing and even the box (didn't have much info) is the purpose of the top part--it doesn't seem to be a spout for pouring, but I think pouring from the opening where your breast was is fine anyway. If that is supposed to be used for a purpose it should probably be explained better.

These silicone shells are super comfortable to wear and effectively help with several things from sore nipples that need to be shielded, leaking breastmilk, letdown, etc. They have a unique shape that sits comfortably against chest and fairly discreetly in bra. I have found that it is a good, balanced amount of suction - enough to hold shell close without feeling any tug or pull.Easy to clean and sanitize, it's a great feature that they can stand alone if you need to remove and have hands free before pouring into bag/bottle.
