You dont have to be pregnant to enjoy this pillow. I don't get how it is cooling but I don't care, I didn't get it for that. I would wake up with my legs feeling heavy and that has disappeared with this pillow. Every few days I put it in the dryer on a no heat Fluff cycle. It has a cotton zippered case plus the top pillow case. I also took and old pillow case and cut a hole in it so I can slip it on for added protection from stains. Love it.
