Real Reviews from Real Moms
Super helpful for second trimester
I thought this was super helpful for the second trimester and now into the third. A lot of the reviews said it ran small but I would say that. My normal non maternity pant size is a 6 and I sized up to a large on this and even at 35 weeks pregnant I can still Velcro it to the tightest adjustment so I should have gotten the medium
Finally found the perfect pregnancy ball!
This birthing ball has been a lifesaver during my third trimester! The anti-slip surface gives me so much confidence, and the included foot pump made inflation super easy. I've been using it with the app courses and my lower back pain has significantly improved. The design is also really pretty!
Best pregnancy pillow!
I have been pregnant a bunch of times (currently pregnant for the 7th time) and I have tried all the pregnancy pillows at one point or another, the c shape, the u shape, the little wedge pillows, and I have to say, this one is far and beyond the best Ive used. It holds its shape well, but the leg is very flexible so you dont have to fight with it to get comfortable. Im on the taller side at 59, and it is still long enough for me. It doesnt go flat so far yet either, and Ive been using it for 3 months.
Great postpartum gift idea!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter while in the hospital after having our second granddaughter. She really liked it and said the panties fit much more comfortably than the ones provided by the hospital. She has used everything in the set and has ordered more. The reusable cooling pads were such an added bonus and much better than the disposable ones. Thank you for a great postpartum gift idea!
Buttery soft, just like I was hoping
This bra is just what I was looking for--cute in style and color, and buttery soft for my aching pregnant/nursing boobies. My breasts inflated pretty early on in my pregnancy, so I desperately needed a new set of bras, but wanted to make sure they were soft, cause those nipple hurt! These hit the mark. I became a 36DDD, and the XL fits perfectly.
Reasons to shop at Momcozy
Yes, it is designed for maximum versatility. The BumpEase - Momcozy Ergonest Maternity Belly Band features an ultra-thin, seamless construction with our signature 'Unseen Under Shirts' technology. This allows you to wear it discreetly under your daily clothes for a smooth look, or over clothing for quick adjustments, without the bulkiness of traditional maternity wraps.
Generally, it is not recommended to wear supportive abdominal bands while sleeping. During rest, your body needs to relax completely without any external compression that might restrict natural movement or blood flow. If you are experiencing severe discomfort or back pain at night, we highly recommend using a specialized pregnancy body pillow for ergonomic support, or consulting your healthcare provider.
Absolutely. The BumpEase - Momcozy Ergonest Maternity Belly Band provides targeted relief from pelvic pain by distributing the weight of your growing uterus more evenly, which significantly reduces localized pressure. However, for persistent or severe pelvic girdle pain (PGP) or symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), it is essential to seek guidance from a medical professional.
To maintain its premium elasticity and support, we recommend hand-washing the BumpEase Ergonest Band in warm water with a mild detergent and letting it air dry. If you prefer machine washing, always secure all hook-and-loop fasteners, roll the band up, and place it inside the protective laundry bag provided. Avoid bleach, ironing, or tumble drying to protect the technical fabric.
It is especially beneficial for moms with a twin pregnancy belly, a pregnancy belly with triplets, or a larger, heavier bump. It's also ideal for expecting moms who spend long hours standing at work, such as teachers, nurses, retail associates, and service workers. Its integrated support system helps distribute weight more evenly to improve comfort and reduce strain throughout pregnancy.
Many moms start using it in the second trimester, when the bump grows faster and daily movement feels heavier. For twin or multiple pregnancies, support may be helpful earlier. Always follow your comfort level and consult your healthcare provider with specific concerns.

- Circle your hips
- Lean forward for stretching and relaxation

- Vaginal Birth: You can generally begin wearing the postpartum belly band a few days postpartum, once you feel ready and comfortable.
- C-Section: It is generally advised to wait until the incision site has begun initial healing (typically 1–2 weeks). Always consult your doctor before using a post delivery belly belt.
- Stopping Use: There is no strict timeline. Many moms continue wearing their postpartum belly band for the first 6–12 weeks when core support is most needed. It is never "too late" to start if you need extra back support months later.
