Navigate Your Journey

Your Baby, Week by Week

Select any week to discover your baby's size, key milestones, and what to expect.

First trimester: Your body is adjusting to pregnancy.

In the early weeks of pregnancy, you may feel more tired than usual, experience nausea, tender breasts, need to pee more often, or notice changes in mood.

Give your body time to adjust. Small, frequent meals, easy snacks, and more time to rest can make the day feel more manageable. If your breasts feel tender, a soft, wire-free  Momcozy maternity and nursing bra can offer a more comfortable fit as your body changes.

Second trimester: Your growing bump may change how everyday movement feels.

Many people find that nausea eases and energy begins to return. As your bump grows, you may notice more pressure through your back, tired legs, less settled sleep, or an occasional pulling feeling around your abdomen and pelvis.

Make room for more comfortable positions and a gentler rhythm. Avoid staying in one position for too long and keep up with everyday movement at a comfortable pace. A Momcozy pregnancy pillow can support your bump, legs, and back while you sleep, recline, or rest. A pregnancy support belt may also help if you spend a lot of time on your feet.

Third trimester: More physical weight, and more preparation for meeting your baby.

As your baby continues to grow, you may feel more tired, put more pressure on your back, need to use the bathroom more often, or find it harder to sleep and move around comfortably.

Make rest easier and preparation feel less rushed. A Momcozy pregnancy pillow can support your bump and legs while you sleep on your side. You can also prepare a Momcozy nursing bra, consider whether a wearable breast pump suits your routine, and set aside a nursing pillow for feeding. If you have vaginal bleeding, your waters break, contractions become regular and stronger, or anything feels worrying, contact your OB-GYN, midwife, or maternity care team promptly.

Answers to the questions every expecting parent asks.

Is the Momcozy Pregnancy Week by Week Calculator accurate?

The Momcozy Pregnancy Week by Week Calculator is not a medical diagnostic tool. Its calculation logic and medical content are based on commonly used clinical principles for estimating gestational age and due date, and have been reviewed by Melissa Kotlen
BA, BSN, RN, IBCLC.

The accuracy of the result depends mainly on whether the due date you enter has been confirmed by a doctor, midwife, or another qualified maternity professional. The results on this page are intended for pregnancy planning and content browsing only and do not replace prenatal care, ultrasound, or medical assessment. If they differ from your prenatal records or ultrasound, follow the information confirmed by your doctor or midwife.
