Order Cancellation:

  • Changed your mind? No problem! Just let us know before your order ships by sending an email to support@momcozy.com. We'll do our best to cancel it and get you a full refund.
  • Once it's shipped, unfortunately, we can't call it back. But if you let us know quickly, we can still ensure a smooth cancellation and get your refund processed promptly.
2. Product Return

We offer a 30-day return window! 

If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Here's what we ask:

  1. The original packaging remains unopened and intact, and the product is unused.
  2. Return the full package, including any complimentary gifts received.
  3. Kindly cover the shipping fees for returning the product.
  4. Provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase from our official website to facilitate the return process.
  5. Please note that products marked with clearance prices are non-refundable.
3. Extended Quality Guarantee

At Momcozy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty (2 years in EU) on most products with batteries, covering normal wear and tear. Simply keep your proof of purchase and contact us if you experience any issues within the warranty period. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether it's a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. How to Return a Product

Returning Your Product:

  1. Let's start the process: Send an email to support@momcozy.com to check if your return is eligible. Our friendly team will get back to you within 24 hours.
  2. The details help: When you email us, include your order number, order date, and a brief explanation for the return. This helps us assist you better.
  3. Approval and instructions: Once we approve your return, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back.
  4. Safe travels for your return: Pack it securely according to our instructions and send it to the address provided by our team. We recommend insuring the shipment for added peace of mind.
  5. Label it clearly: Don't forget to write your order number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
  6. Time is on your side: You have 30 days from initiating the return to ship it back. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Important Notes
  • 30 days of flexibility: You have a full 30 days to return your purchase, no questions asked.
  • Keep it new and original: Returned products must be unused and remain in their original, unopened, and intact packaging. We cannot accept products that show signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or alteration. Don't forget to include any complimentary gifts when returning the package.
  • Some exclusions apply: Non-returnable items and free gifts are exempt from the policy.
  • Double-check your order: Before shipping, please make sure you're returning a Momcozy product, as we cannot accept returns for non-Momcozy items.
  • Shipping costs are on you: You're responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original order's shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • For a smooth experience: Contact us at support@momcozy.com or call us at 1-855-322-1777 to get the return address and any questions answered. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry.
6. Refund Process
  • We got your return: Once you send it out, keep an eye on the tracking information. Once delivered, let us know by emailing support@momcozy.com, and we'll process your refund request.
  • Refund approved! Yay! Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Still waiting? We're here to help! If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, send us an email at support@momcozy.com.
7. About the Shipping Fee and Tax
  • Transparency is key: We want to be upfront about this aspect of our policy. Unfortunately, shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
  • When returning an item, remember: You'll cover the return shipping cost, and the original order's shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

1. When can I exchange my product?

  • You can exchange your unused product for a new one within 60 days of receiving it if it has a verified quality issue.
  • Important: If you're past the 30-day window for unconditional returns, you won't be able to use that unconditional returns option anymore.

2. How do I verify the quality issue?

To help us process your exchange request quickly, please provide the following information when you contact our support team:

  • Order number: This helps us identify your purchase quickly.
  • Clear video or photo: A visual representation of the problem makes it easier for us to understand the issue.
  • Specific description: Briefly explain the exact problem you're experiencing.
What's covered under the exchange policy?

We'll happily exchange your product if it's defective or damaged due to poor quality. However, please note that we don't cover exchanges for:

  • Malfunction caused by misuse or rough handling. This includes unauthorized disassembly, repairs, modifications, or damage caused by liquids entering the product (like water or milk).
  • Normal wear and tear. All products naturally wear down over time.
What about shipping fees?

Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
