My family has hypermobility in the genes and several of us have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. This pillow is the only thing that has helped. I don't wake up with pains in my muscles or joints anymore. When I ache I can curl up in any number of positions and the ache doesn't get worse (sometimes it even gets a little better). I don't have to fight with a pillow to stay between or under my legs. And I need something to hug when I sleep and the pillow is perfect for that. When I got pneumonia it was perfect with some extra pillows behind it to prop me up and help me be able to breathe. Really I have no complaints except I can't do regular pillows anymore. And the velvet does get a little hot at times. Need to grab the alt pillowcase.
