The system is perfectly functional. It does everything it's supposed to do. I tried everything out except the transmission range. It all works as advertised... Attractive, easy to set up and to use. Instructions are clear. The 2x / 4x digital zoom is clear, sharp and more than adequate imo. It also focuses up close, like a foot away. Night vision confirms it a real baby monitor.
PTZ.. pan, tilt, zoom.
One might like some extra features and functions, like a wired video-out connector, so a large monitor could be used. Or a memory card slot for recording. Motion detection might be handy there.... I don't think such additions and options would add much to production costs, but it would add versatility and potential applications.

Monitor came and it was easy to set up, following the instructions. The connection works great from a distance. (We have it downstairs in the baby room and watch it from upstairs.) the screen quality is not blurry and the night vision works good too. Has the option to move the camera around. Alarm goes off alerting you the baby is awake.

I LOVE this baby monitor. Gives me peace of mind while my baby is asleep and I am not in the bedroom. I love that it tells the temperature. My only complaint is that when you zoom in it becomes a bit blurry, but it is not a huge issue for me to not like it ?? I can even talk to my baby and sing to him to soothe him. Seriously, buy it!!
