As a good rule of thumb:Add one cup size and one back size onto your usual pre-pregnancy bra size. So if you usually wear a 32C, start by trying a 34D. These bras should feel comfortably secure on the tightest setting, giving you plenty of room to adjust the fit as you grow.

This bra came in the mail so quickly (I live in Canada) and I was excited to try it on! I purchased a small and normally wear a 32C or 34B, but my boobs and waist are a bit larger as I'm 9 months pregnant. The bra fits well with the widest clip, and comes with an extension if I grow a bit postpartum. The cup size and adjustable straps work well for me. I think I could have gone with a medium but small works just fine. I was worried the medium would be too large. Ultimately I'm very happy with the bra. The material is soft, comfortable, and the bra is very flattering.
