Understanding Your Warranty with Momcozy: Peace of Mind with Your Products

I. Warranty Period

Global Standard: The warranty period depends on your location (this warranty applies only to the country information provided when placing the order):

One year for all regions except Europe; Two years for Europe.

The warranty period begins from the date of the order.

II. Warranty Coverage

Covers failures caused by non-human factors, including most battery-operated products. However, the following situations are excluded:

  • Improper use, rough handling, unauthorized repairs, etc.
  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear down over time (e.g., batteries, breast pump accessories), accidental damage, and misuse.
  • Products purchased through unofficial channels.
  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Second-hand products, freebies, and out-of-warranty items.

III. Warranty Process

Keep your proof of purchase, provide photos or videos of the issue, and contact support@momcozy.com. We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Send you a replacement of the same model.
  • Exchange for another product of equal value.
  • Full or partial refund based on the situation.
