After my c section in February, I feel like now I can start to wear this. I wish I could've been able to wear it from the start but I was in so much pain I couldn't even bear the thought. It helps. It really does. It provides a lot of support actually and helps my back. It fits well. Very easy to put on. It's excellent quality and well worth how much you pay for it. Excellent buy in my opinion. Very easy to adjust and take off.
