I wear a size 10 in womens shoes, am 56" tall, and these compression socks are slightly too large. The compression is comfortable, I can tell that it is there but it is pretty light. The heel of the socks comes up a little onto my ankle (foot size longer than mine) and they come up over my knee. I ordered them to wear on long flights and I think they will be fine for that occasional use, however if I wanted them for daily use I would look for some that were a little smaller. I am solidly a L-XL by the size chart but I think these would fit a size 11 and up much better, they would be too long for an 8 or 9. I can fit both of my hands fully inside the top of the sock when it is pulled up to my knee, my hands being inserted to my wrists. My calf circumference is about 16.5", so this makes me think that the socks would fit calf sizes a little larger than 19".

Admittedly Im right between the two sizes since I normally wear a size 8 shoe so I probably shouldve gotten the S/M vs the L/XL. Still, I ended up with almost two inches of extra fabric at the toe: my toe comes to where the white line is across the sock. These were very easy to get on -- almost too easy. I dont really fel like Im getting a lot of compression but again, maybe the smaller size would solve that issue. As it is with the extra fabric, I cant wear these. A better design mightve left these as open toed socks.
The material seems to be a good quality and these likely work well IF the measurements of the calf and shoe size put someone in the middle of the range. If in doubt, size down.

This is a set of two Mom Cozy brand compression socks. The socks come in light pink color and black color. The socks are supportive. These socks go up to my knees but maybe a little higher. The bottoms of the socks have little letters that work similar to hospital grade foot socks to support patients as they ambulate (walk) around. These socks are perfect for pregnant women or elderly women to prevent varicosities in the legs.
