I am using it with a Lansinoh double electric pump, and it works well. Works great!!! So much easier than having to hold the pump on with your hands for the length of your pumping session. It allows the suction to be tight and there is no loss of milk.
It fits great and the band has 4 different sizes so you can use whichever works best for you. The straps are adjustable and stretchy. Very comfortable, great quality fabric, it is soft and fits similar to a sports bra. It is fairly thick, with good elasticity. I wear it under a lot of my normal shirts and it appears as a typical bra.
