Amazing product! Silicone is super soft to the touch and varieties of vibrations and strengths help especially when engorged. Im giving a 4-star as the warming feature could have been a bit better. Warming option is not the entire unit, its just a little section about the size of a quarter. It also takes a little bit to warm up, but what helps the most is more the vibration than the warming.

I personally love this little thing when pumping. I find the heat to be good- I rarely use the highest setting as it gets pretty warm. It takes about a minute to heat up- so occasionally I'll turn on the heat function as I'm setting up my pump station/ getting myself set up. Sometimes I'll just use the heat function if I'm sore after pumping/ feeding all day.
The shape is easy to hold or place in your bra. I like using this if I'm trying to work out a clogged duct. One end is more pointy- which is helpful to pinpoint a specific area if you need.
The odd thing for me is the charging port. It's a magnetic circle, so you have to make sure that you have it connected well, or that it doesn't get bumped while charging and pop off.
