(the “Official Rules”)

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

1.Special Notice & Binding Agreement

1.1 No Purchase or Payment Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this Giveaway. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Membership registration and Momcozy marketing email subscription are free. To receive an entry, however, an eligible participant must complete both the required Momcozy marketing email subscription and new Momcozy Membership registration, including email verification and Membership activation, as described in Section 5.

1.2 Random Drawing. Prizes are awarded by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes are not awarded based on skill, merit, purchase amount, or the value or frequency of any purchase.

1.3 Binding Agreement. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the reasonable decisions of Sponsor regarding eligibility, entry validity, verification, prize claim, and Giveaway administration, subject to applicable mandatory law. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, please do not participate.

1.4 Official Records. Sponsor's server, platform, account, registration, subscription, email verification, and other backend records are the official records for purposes of administering this Giveaway, subject to applicable law. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

2.Sponsor

2.1 Sponsor. This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Root Technology, Ltd. ("Sponsor"). References to "Momcozy," "we," "us," or "our" in these Official Rules refer to Sponsor and/or the Momcozy brand, as applicable, solely in connection with this Giveaway.

2.2 Administration. Sponsor may use its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, contractors, agencies, fulfillment providers, and other authorized representatives to assist with the operation, review, verification, compliance, fraud prevention, prize fulfillment, and administration of this Giveaway.

2.3 No Third-Party Sponsorship. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party not expressly identified herein.

3.Promotion Overview & Promotion Period

3.1 Promotion. The "Momcozy New Member Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") offers eligible participants the chance to win a Momcozy gift box by completing the required Momcozy marketing email subscription and new Momcozy Membership registration, including email verification and Membership activation, during the Entry Period, as further described in Section 5.

3.2 Promotion Period. The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 14, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The entry mechanism will be disabled automatically at the end of the Entry Period, and no entries will be accepted thereafter.

3.3 Official Time. All times in these Official Rules are Eastern Time ("ET"). Sponsor's server and backend records are the official time-keeping device.

3.4 Winner Announcement Date. Sponsor expects to announce the potential winners on or about October 21, 2026, subject to applicable law and any circumstances reasonably affecting the verification or publication process.

4.Eligibility

4.1 Who Is Eligible. This Giveaway is open only to individuals who, as of the time of entry, satisfy all of the following:

(a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;

(b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older; and

(c) during the Entry Period, (i) subscribe to Momcozy marketing emails, (ii) complete a new Momcozy Membership registration, and (iii) successfully verify their email address and activate their Membership, all in accordance with Section 5.

4.2 Membership Is Free. Membership registration and Momcozy marketing email subscription are free. No purchase or payment is required to join the Membership or to enter or win this Giveaway. For clarity, both the required Membership registration and Momcozy marketing email subscription are conditions of entry, and both must be completed, together with email verification and Membership activation, to receive an entry.

4.3 Ineligible Persons. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, and other entities directly involved in the administration of this Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and members of their households, are not eligible to participate, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.4 Continuing Eligibility. Eligibility must continue through prize verification and award. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any stage of the Giveaway.

4.5 Determination of "New" Registration. For purposes of this Giveaway, a "new Momcozy Membership registration" means a Membership registration completed during the Entry Period that Sponsor reasonably determines, based on its available records and verification procedures, is not a duplicate or otherwise ineligible registration. Sponsor may use available account, email, Membership, registration, and other reasonably available records to determine whether a registration qualifies as a new registration. If Sponsor is unable to conclusively determine whether a prior registration existed, Sponsor may make a reasonable eligibility determination based on the information and records available to Sponsor at the time of verification. Sponsor's determination regarding whether a registration qualifies as a new registration will be final and binding, subject to applicable mandatory law.

4.6 Void Where Prohibited. This Giveaway is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

5.How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

5.1 Required Steps. To receive one (1) entry, an eligible participant must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

(a) Visit the official campaign page and enter your email address in the designated field;

(b) Click the button labeled "Join Now";

(c) Complete subscription to Momcozy marketing emails (subscription is a required condition of entry; your right to unsubscribe is set forth in Section 6);

(d) Check the box to join the Momcozy Membership ("Join Momcozy Membership") and complete the new Membership registration; and

(e) Click the activation link in the email sent by Sponsor to verify your email address and complete Membership activation.

An entry is not earned unless all required steps above have been successfully completed.

5.2 Automatic Entry. Upon successful completion of all of the steps above, you will automatically receive one (1) entry. No separate entry form, entry fee, or additional action is required. You do not need to check the announcement or take any further action to be entered.

5.3 Neither Action Alone Constitutes an Entry. Completion of the Membership registration alone does not constitute an entry. Subscription to Momcozy marketing emails alone does not constitute an entry. Both actions, together with email verification, must be completed to receive an entry.

5.4 Entry Limits and Duplicate Accounts. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period. Multiple registrations or entries by the same person, whether using the same or different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, shipping information, social media accounts, or other identifying information, are prohibited. Sponsor may determine, based on reasonably available information and records, whether multiple registrations or entries were submitted by or are attributable to the same person. Sponsor may invalidate duplicate or non-compliant entries and disqualify the participant associated with such entries. Any attempt to circumvent the one-entry limit through multiple accounts, identities, devices, email addresses, or other means may result in disqualification of all associated entries.

5.5 Official Records and Proof of Entry. Sponsor's official records regarding registration, email subscription, email verification, Membership activation, entry status, and Giveaway administration will control in the event of a dispute, subject to applicable law. Proof of submission, attempted entry, or transmission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor or proof of eligibility.

5.6 Account Responsibility. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account and contact information throughout the Giveaway and prize verification period. Sponsor is not responsible for failure to complete email verification or obtain entry status due to the participant's own reasons, including but not limited to incorrect email address, full mailbox, email rejection, failure to check the activation email in a timely manner, or incorrect personal information.

6.Marketing Email Subscription and Unsubscribe Rights

6.1 Subscription as Entry Requirement. Marketing email subscription is one of the stated entry requirements for this Giveaway, as set forth in Section 5.1(c). By completing the required subscription and Membership registration, an eligible participant receives the entry described in Section 5.2.

6.2 Right to Unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe from Momcozy marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in any marketing email or by contacting Sponsor as set forth in Section 21.

6.3 Effect of Unsubscribing. For the avoidance of doubt:

(a) Unsubscribing from Momcozy marketing emails will not, by itself, affect (i) your eligibility, (ii) any entry already earned, or (iii) your status as a Momcozy member; and

(b) Unsubscribing from Momcozy marketing emails will not, by itself, prevent you from receiving a prize notification if you are selected as a potential winner. Prize-related communications are separate from Momcozy marketing communications and are sent for purposes of administering the Giveaway. Such communications will not be conditioned on continued subscription to Momcozy marketing emails.

6.4 No Limitation of Legal Rights. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any legally required right to opt out of receiving commercial or marketing communications. Marketing emails will remain subject to the applicable unsubscribe mechanism and requirements.

7.Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")

7.1 Number of Prizes. Up to ten (10) prizes will be awarded.

7.2 Prize. Each winner will receive one (1) Momcozy gift box ("Prize").

7.3 ARV. The approximate retail value of each Prize is US$350.00. The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is $3,500.00.

7.4 Gift Box Contents. Gift box contents, configuration, and packaging are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV is based on the ordinary retail price of comparable items at the time these Official Rules are published; if the actual retail price of the Prize at the time of award is lower, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

7.5 Prize Restrictions. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted by a winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

8.Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The greater the number of eligible entries, the lower the odds of winning.

9.Winner Selection

9.1 Random Drawing. On or about October 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select up to ten (10) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

9.2 Selection Process. The selection will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative) using a randomized selection process, and will be documented. The selection is random, and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the selection.

9.3 Selection Does Not Constitute Winning. Being selected in the random drawing does not necessarily mean that an entrant has won a prize. A potential winner becomes an official winner only after Sponsor has completed all required verification and confirmed the entrant's compliance with these Official Rules, as set forth in Section 11.

10.Winner Notification

10.1 Notification Channels. Potential winners will be notified through both of the following channels:

(a) a prize notification email sent to the email address provided at registration; and

(b) an announcement on Momcozy Community.

10.2 Prize Notification Email. The prize notification email is sent separately from Momcozy marketing communications and is intended for purposes of administering the Giveaway and notifying potential winners. It is not conditioned on continued subscription to Momcozy marketing emails, as set forth in Section 6.3(b).

10.3 Reasonable Efforts. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify potential winners through both channels. Sponsor is not responsible for a notification that is not received or is delayed as a result of an incorrect or inactive email address, the recipient's spam or junk filter settings, or other causes outside Sponsor's reasonable control. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate, deliverable email address and to monitor the email address associated with their Momcozy account, including spam and junk folders.

10.4 Winner List Publication. The winner list will be published on Momcozy Community. Sponsor will redact or limit the disclosure of personal information to the extent required or permitted by applicable law, and will not publish winners' full email addresses or other sensitive personal information. Publication of a participant's name or other identifying information in the winner announcement does not, by itself, constitute final confirmation of the participant's eligibility or entitlement to receive a prize.

11.Prize Claim, Verification and Forfeiture

11.1 Response Deadline. Each potential winner must respond to the prize notification and confirm their acceptance and shipping information within seven (7) calendar days from the date the prize notification email is sent. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

11.2 Verification. Sponsor may require each potential winner to:

(a) confirm their eligibility (including age, residency, and identity); and

(b) provide any other information reasonably requested for prize fulfillment, including a valid shipping address and tax or customs information where legally required.

Failure to complete any of the foregoing within the stated time will result in forfeiture.

11.3 Forfeiture. A Prize may be forfeited if the potential winner:

(a) fails to respond within the applicable deadline;

(b) cannot be verified as eligible;

(c) provides false, incomplete, or inaccurate information;

(d) fails to provide required fulfillment information;

(e) violates these Official Rules or applicable Momcozy terms;

(f) has their entry or registration invalidated; or

(g) otherwise becomes ineligible.

11.4 No Re-Draw. If a Prize is forfeited, remains unclaimed, or otherwise cannot be awarded to the selected potential winner, Sponsor will not conduct a re-draw or select an alternate potential winner. The applicable Prize may remain unawarded, and the total number of Prizes actually awarded may be fewer than ten (10). Any forfeited or unclaimed Prize will be retained, disposed of, or otherwise handled by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law.

12.Prize Delivery, Shipping and Taxes

12.1 Delivery Territory. Prizes will be shipped only to valid physical addresses within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, subject to applicable shipping restrictions. Prizes will not be shipped to addresses outside the fifty (50) United States and D.C.

12.2 Shipping Costs. Sponsor will bear the applicable standard shipping and handling costs for Prize delivery to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

12.3 Delivery Timing. Prizes are expected to be shipped within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after successful winner verification. Actual shipment and delivery timing may vary due to inventory availability, carrier conditions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

12.4 Taxes. All federal, state, local, and other applicable taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not provide tax advice and, where applicable, may issue any required tax forms. Where legally required, Sponsor may require a winner to provide tax or other information reasonably necessary for prize reporting, withholding, or legal compliance. Failure to provide information required for legally required reporting or prize fulfillment may result in forfeiture of the Prize to the extent permitted by law.

12.5 Incorrect Address. Sponsor is not responsible for a Prize that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the winner. Such Prize may be deemed unclaimed and handled in accordance with Section 11.4 and applicable law.

13.Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud

Participants must participate honestly and comply with these Official Rules and applicable Momcozy terms.

13.1 Prohibited Conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

(a) creating or using fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts;

(b) automated registrations or entry generation;

(c) use of bots, scripts, macros, or other unauthorized systems;

(d) manipulation of email addresses, devices, or other identifying information to circumvent entry limits;

(e) submission of materially false information;

(f) impersonation;

(g) unauthorized attempts to bypass geographic or eligibility restrictions;

(h) hacking, tampering with, or interfering with Sponsor's systems;

(i) exploiting technical vulnerabilities;

(j) spam or abusive activity; or

(k) any deceptive, fraudulent, unfair, or manipulative conduct intended to affect the Giveaway.

13.2 Sponsor Remedies. Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) invalidate affected entries;

(b) suspend or restrict participation;

(c) disqualify a participant;

(d) withhold, revoke, or reallocate a prize; and

(e) take other reasonable measures necessary to protect the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not required to disclose internal fraud-detection or security methods. Sponsor may take action based on information discovered before or after a participant receives an entry, is identified as a potential winner, or receives a prize. Where prohibited activity is discovered after a prize has been awarded, Sponsor may revoke the prize or take other appropriate action to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.Modification, Suspension and Termination

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this Giveaway, or any portion of it, where reasonably necessary due to:

(a) fraud or abuse;

(b) technical failures;

(c) security concerns;

(d) changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements;

(e) platform or service changes;

(f) prize availability;

(g) force majeure; or

(h) other circumstances materially affecting the integrity, operation, or administration of the Giveaway.

Where practicable and required by applicable law, Sponsor will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Sponsor will not materially and adversely modify these Official Rules in a manner that affects entries already earned, except where required by law or necessary to address fraud, technical failure, or force majeure.

15.Privacy

15.1 Use of Information. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway may be processed for purposes including:

(a) administering the Giveaway;

(b) verifying eligibility;

(c) communicating with participants and potential winners;

(d) detecting fraud and abuse;

(e) fulfilling and delivering prizes;

(f) complying with legal obligations; and

(g) otherwise administering the Giveaway.

15.2 Privacy Policy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Momcozy Privacy Policy, available at [https://app.cozyinnov.com/app/privacy], and applicable law.

16.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name and other general identifying information, and statements voluntarily provided by the winner about the Giveaway, for reasonable advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with the Giveaway and Momcozy, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Sponsor will limit the disclosure of personal information to information reasonably necessary for Giveaway administration, winner announcement, or lawful promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. Any publicity rights granted under this Section are subject to applicable law.

17.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

17.1 No Exclusion of Mandatory Liability. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in this Giveaway, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

17.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Giveaway will not exceed the Approximate Retail Value of the Prize actually awarded to the participant. If the participant did not receive a Prize, Sponsor's aggregate liability will not exceed US$100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17.4 No Guarantee. Sponsor does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Giveaway, any particular entry status, or prize delivery date. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected entries or registrations; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (c) any failure of the entry mechanism, website, email delivery, or any network or system; (d) any injury or damage to any person's device or data resulting from participation; or (e) any printing, typographical, technical, or human error in these Official Rules or any Giveaway materials.

18.Participant Responsibility and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, service providers, contractors, and agencies from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to the participant's:

(a) breach of these Official Rules or applicable Momcozy terms;

(b) violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party;

(c) fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized conduct;

(d) misuse of the Giveaway or Prize; or

(e) acts or omissions in connection with the participant's participation in the Giveaway.

19.Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to the applicable Momcozy Terms of Service, including the dispute-resolution provisions contained therein, to the extent applicable and enforceable. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, these Official Rules, or participation in the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the applicable Momcozy Terms of Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the applicable Momcozy Terms of Service will govern the procedures for resolving such disputes, including any applicable arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, limitation periods, governing law, and forum provisions contained therein.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights, remedies, or protections that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules or its application to any person or circumstance is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20.GeneralProvisions

20.1 Sponsor Decisions. Sponsor's reasonable decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, registration status, verification, prize eligibility, prize fulfillment, and Giveaway administration are final and binding, except to the extent prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

20.2 No Waiver. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

20.3 Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20.4 No Employment or Agency Relationship. Participation in this Giveaway does not create any employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or other business relationship between a participant and Sponsor.

20.5 Language. The English-language version of these Official Rules controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20.6 Applicable Momcozy Terms. Participation in the Giveaway remains subject to applicable Momcozy account, Membership, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other applicable terms, except where these Official Rules expressly govern a Giveaway-specific matter. In the event of a conflict concerning a Giveaway-specific matter, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
