I cannot express enough how much better this sound machine is over the hatch. We have used our Momcozy for over a year. Our son has loved the womb noise since birth. We had to purchase a hatch 2nd gen after forgetting the Momcozy in our Airbnb. First issue we had with the hatch is we could not access the app to set up the device. The app was crap. We tried setting it up for 30 minutes before giving up because the app kept crashing. 2nd issue is the hatch always needs to be plugged in. We love to travel with our Momcozy so that was the deal breaker. Ended up returning the hatch and purchasing another Momcozy and was able to set it up within 2 minutes.
