I just got these yesterday and already used one, they are incredible. I have used other brands and they either didn’t release any scent or crumbled super fast, but these work and last. With a 1 month old and a 18 month old I do not have a lot of time to just exist as a person, so being able to turn the time I do have into a more indulgent experience is just really nice. I’m also scent sensitive and these do not bother me with any headaches or nausea. Highly recommend!

I personally really like these shower steamers, for both an extra treat and for when Im feeling under the weather. The vapor is helpful for congestion! The steamers are individually wrapped and the instructions say to place it on the floor of the shower. The eucalyptus scent feels like a spa to me!

These Eucalyptus shower steamers come individually packaged and are easy to use. You unwrap the steamer, place it on the floor of the shower outside of where the water is consistently hitting, and shower as you normally would. The steamers' essential oils fill the shower, providing a refreshing environment that's relaxing and restorative. These are perfect for a spa-like experience, but are fantastic if you're congested and not feeling well. The eucalyptus helps open your sinuses, allowing you to breathe easier and feel better. I use the steamer in a shower stall, so it's a little harder to keep it outside of the running water, but it still works well and lasts about 15 minutes before it fully dissolves. It would last even longer in a larger space. The bathroom gets filled with the refreshing eucalyptus, which lingers for a little while after you're finished. When you're sick, the potency is perfect, but it's a little strong in the shower stall if you're not congested. The pack of 14 should last a long time, especially if you can get two showers out of each one. I think this is a great box of steamers that would be a great purchase for your home or as a self-care gift for someone you care about. It's a little pricey, but worth it.
