The wife loves it, she says she woke up the very next day with no hip pain. The cover comes off and is washable. Very soft as well. But I do wish it had 2 straps instead of one because it does slide down the leg at night because of the soft material.

This pillow truly helps me with hip discomfort, soreness and pain during night sleeps. It lays exactly where it needs to be in order to reduce hips pain during my pregnancy. Some nights I would use a regular standard pillow between my knees and discomfort/pain won’t go away. Then I place momcozy knee pillow 5-10 minutes no pain. Pillow has a strap that attached with the Velcro on one end. Recommend it and I glad I bought it.

The strap makes all the difference! The knee pillow itself is great - comfy and plush yet durable(holds its shape/depth well, even with my heavyset legs), and the ideal size to provide the thigh and knee good support. The strap perfects the setup. I can slip it on and not have to think about positioning for the rest of the night. I don't feel the strap once it's on, either with pajamas under it or without.

Bought this for pregnancy and will probably never stop using it! It's easily the only thing stopping my hips from aching while sleeping at 32 weeks pregnant. I can tell a huge difference between the nights I use it all night and the nights I go back to bed at 3 am and forget to grab it again. If I can recommend one thing for being pregnant this is it!
