Swaddling Do’s and Don’ts
Do’s：
- Use lightweight, breathable fabrics or a proper swaddle wrap with the proper method.
- Leave room around the chest (about two fingers of space) to allow natural breathing.
- Allow free hip and leg movement — hips should bend and legs should splay naturally to prevent hip dysplasia.
- Always place baby on their back to sleep in a firm, flat crib with no extra items.
- Make swaddling part of a bedtime routine to create a sleep association.
- Watch for signs of overheating — flushed cheeks, sweating, or fast breathing — and adjust clothing or stop swaddling if needed.
Don’ts：
- Do not swaddle too tightly or too loosely — tight swaddles restrict breathing and hips, loose swaddles may unravel and cover the face.
- Do not cover the face or add extra blankets inside the crib, which increases suffocation and SIDS risk.
- Do not wrap legs straight and tight, which may cause hip problems.
- Do not place baby on the stomach or side while swaddled.
- Do not continue swaddling once the baby can roll over (usually around 8-12 weeks).
- Do not use heavy or weighted swaddles, which raise overheating and SIDS risk.

Estos sacos para bebs de 0 a 3 meses estn confeccionados en bamb y algodn por lo que son respetuosos con su piel y el medio ambiente, adems poseen certificado OEKO-TEX. Estticamente son elegantes y neutros ya que poseen unos colores muy suaves sin ser cargantes a pesar del dibujo. En la parte inferior tienen cremallera para poder cambiar de forma rpida y cmoda al beb as que son ideales para tenerlos protegidos, as como abrigados sutilmente ya que tampoco son calurosos pero abrigan algo. La calidad de la tela se siente buena y son muy gustosos al tacto.

La calidad de la tela es excelente, tanto al tacto, como en la lavada. Vienen dos unidades, con unos estampados sper bonitos que pueden ser usados tanto por ni?o como por ni?a, aunque en mi caso ha sido para beb ni?o. Son bastante finitos, para tener al beb arropado como un rollito, una postura que facilita que se duerman y se tranquilicen durante los primeros meses de vida, ya que les proporciona la sujecin parecida a cuando estn dentro del vientre. Lo que ms me ha sorprendido es el sistema que tiene para cerrarse, ya que tiene una parte que acta como velcro, pero no es velcro, simplemente las dos partes se adhieren entre s sin contener ningn elemento plstico que pueda da?ar al beb, es una pasada. En la caja viene un dibujo de cmo hacer la tcnica.
