To find your fit, measure around the fullest part of your baby bump with a soft measuring tape—keep it level and snug, but not pulling tight. Most moms start in the second trimester as their bump grows and days feel heavier, but there's no set week—begin whenever you want extra support from your pregnancy belly band. If you have complications, check with your provider first.

Not all day. It's best to wear this pregnancy belly band for about 2–3 hours at a time, then take a break so your muscles and skin can recover and you don't become over-reliant on the support. Take it off to rest and before sleep—wearing it overnight can feel restrictive and affect circulation. Keep it supportive, not tight; loosen or take it off if anything feels off.

Putting on the Go As You Grow™ is quick:

1. Slip the shoulder straps on first and position the upper support across your back and shoulders.
2. Position the belly panel low under your bump, with the center notch facing upward.
3. Fasten both sides and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit—not pinching. Smooth out any twists, and check you can breathe and move freely.

Both ways work. The Go As You Grow™ is a structured support band with shoulder straps and a belly panel, so it has a lower discreet fitthan a slim, seamless band. Many moms wear it over a light, snug layer (as our size guide suggests) or under looser tops and workwear—choose whatever feels best against your skin and under your outfit.

It shouldn't. The straps are padded and adjustable so you can spread the support evenly—if they dig in, they're likely too tight or unevenly set. Loosen, rebalance, and make sure the band under your bump isn't doing all the work.
