Specializing in maternal and infant nutrition, Mari is dedicated to empowering families with the knowledge and support to meet their nutrition and lactation goals. Mari’s journey into nutrition was ignited by her time spent in culinary school, where she discovered her passion for helping others with healthy cooking. As a busy mom of three children, Mari understands the challenges that parents may encounter. In her free time, Mari enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and sharing her creations with loved ones!

If you asked me when I was feeling my most powerful self in my 20’s, it would have taken me a very long time to answer. Back then it was easy to let other people’s voices get to me, make me doubt and feel small.
