BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES

MOMCOZY BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES (the “Official Rules”)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, requesting support through, or otherwise using the Momcozy 24/7 Breastfeeding Support Program (the "Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all terms incorporated herein by reference.

The Program is provided free of charge during the Program Period. No payment, purchase, or prior transaction is required to request or receive consultation support.

2. SPONSOR

Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation, and/or its affiliated entities responsible for the Momcozy platform (collectively, "Sponsor," "Momcozy," "we," "us," or "our").

3. PROGRAM PERIOD

The Program begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM EDT and ends August 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (the "Program Period"). Sponsor's server is the official time-keeping device. All times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT/UTC-4).

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Who May Use the Program

The Program is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of participation) and who are seeking breastfeeding or lactation support. The Program is available in the United States and other jurisdictions where Momcozy operates, subject to the regional availability and limitations described in Section 8. By requesting support, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

4.2 Who May Not Use the Program
Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household of Sponsor may use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes only. They may not represent Sponsor or receive priority access in any capacity.

4.3 Accurate Information & Suspension
Momcozy may verify eligibility information and may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to the Program where necessary for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

5. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT

Eligible participants may request support by accessing the designated Program page and completing the required intake information, which includes:

First name;
Email address (required for follow-up communications);
Phone number (required only if Phone consultation is selected);
Consultation preference (Email, Live Chat, or Phone);
Brief description of concern (optional, maximum 150 characters).
State/Province

Country

By submitting a support request, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Disclaimer and the Lactation Consultation Privacy Policy, and you understand the scope and limitations of the Program as described herein.

6. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & LIMITATIONS

6.1 Service Overview
The Program provides one-on-one breastfeeding education, feeding support, pumping guidance, and lactation-related information through qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultants ("IBCLCs").

Consultation services are currently available in the United States (subject to Section 8 below) and may also be available in other supported regions, including Canada, Australia, countries in Europe, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other locations where Momcozy offers the Program. Service availability, consultation methods, and response times may vary depending on participant location, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, consultant availability, and operational capacity.

Consultations may be provided via Live Chat, Phone, or Email, subject to user preference and service availability, and consultant capacity.

6.2 Service Scope
IBCLC consultants provide professional lactation education and support within their scope of practice. Individual recommendations may vary based on personal circumstances. The service is intended to complement, not replace, the care provided by your licensed healthcare provider.

6.3 Service Limitations

Consultations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to IBCLC availability.

Wait times cannot be guaranteed.

The service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship.

Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of consultations per user during the Program Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service if necessary, including for maintenance, high demand, or operational reasons.

7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & SCOPE OF SERVICE

7.1 Educational Support Only
THE PROGRAM PROVIDES BREASTFEEDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, NOR DOES IT ESTABLISH A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER–PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.

7.2 Not a Substitute for Medical Care
The information provided through this service is for educational and supportive purposes only and is not intended to replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. You should not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information received through this Program.

7.3 IBCLC Scope of Practice
IBCLC consultants provide professional lactation education and support within their professional scope of practice. Recommendations provided are not medical prescriptions and should be discussed with your primary healthcare provider.

7.4 When to Consult a Medical Professional
If you have concerns requiring medical diagnosis or treatment, or infant health issues outside the scope of lactation education and support, please consult your physician, pediatrician, or other qualified healthcare provider immediately.

7.5 Emergency Situations
IF YOU BELIEVE YOU OR YOUR INFANT ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, CALL 911, OR SEEK EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IMMEDIATELY. Do not rely on this Program for emergency or urgent care needs.

7.6 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Momcozy does not guarantee that participation in the Program or any consultation will result in any particular breastfeeding, pumping, health, or other outcome. Recommendations provided during a consultation are individualized based on the information shared by the participant, and individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

8.1 General

Consultation formats and availability vary based on participant location, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, consultant licensing and availability, and operational capacity. Certain consultation methods may not be available in all jurisdictions or at all times.

8.2 United States — Connecticut and Oregon

For participants located in Connecticut (CT) and Oregon (OR), real-time consultations (Live Chat and Phone) are not available. Participants in these states may submit a consultation request through the intake form and will be contacted by email regarding available consultation options and scheduling, subject to consultant availability and applicable requirements.

8.3 Other Jurisdictions
IBCLC consultation services may also be available to participants outside the United States, including but not limited to Canada, Australia, countries in Europe, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Availability of services in these jurisdictions is subject to applicable local requirements, consultant availability, and operational considerations. Momcozy may modify, restrict, or discontinue availability of consultation services in any jurisdiction where required by applicable laws or regulations.

8.4 No Guarantee of Service
Submission of a consultation request does not guarantee that a consultation will be provided. All consultation requests are subject to consultant availability, operational capacity, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

9. PRIVACY & DATA USE

9.1 Data Collection
By requesting support through this Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your consultation information (including intake form responses, chat/phone/email communications, and IBCLC notes) may be collected, documented, and retained for consultation, follow-up, and Program administration purposes;
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the Lactation Consultation Privacy Policy and Momcozy's general Privacy Policy, available at: [https://app.cozyinnov.com/app/privacy/?client=1&isShowCountry=show ], which are incorporated herein by reference;

If you choose to receive follow-up communications, Momcozy may send you emails relating to your consultation, educational resources, Program updates, and satisfaction surveys. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

9.2 Confidentiality
IBCLC consultants are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. However, no electronic communication method (including email, chat, or phone) is completely secure. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic communication.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in the intake form;
Use abusive, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate language toward IBCLCs or staff;
Record, screenshot, or distribute consultation content without the express written consent of all parties (where required by applicable law);

Use the Program for any commercial purpose, solicitation, or spam.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program for violation of these Rules, applicable law, or for any legitimate operational, safety, or compliance reason.

11. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 No Warranties

The Program is provided on an "as available" basis. While Momcozy uses reasonable efforts to make the Program and consultation services available during the Program Period, Momcozy does not warrant or guarantee that the Program will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or suitable for every participant's individual circumstances. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Sponsor does not guarantee any specific breastfeeding outcomes, health improvements, or resolution of lactation issues as a result of participation in the Program.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program, reliance on information provided through the Program, or technical failures affecting the Program. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.4 Risk Assumption

You acknowledge that electronic communications, including email, chat, and phone communications, involve inherent technical risks. While Momcozy uses reasonable measures to support the security and availability of the Program, Momcozy is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in communication resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control.

11.5 Mandatory Law Preservation
Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law, including consumer protection and personal injury statutes where such limitations are prohibited.

12. IBCLC CONSULTANTS

Breastfeeding education and support provided through the Program is delivered by qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultants ("IBCLCs").

Each IBCLC provides consultation based on their own professional qualifications, professional judgment, and applicable professional standards. The views, recommendations, and educational guidance provided during a consultation are those of the consulting IBCLC and do not constitute medical advice, an official medical opinion, or an endorsement by Momcozy.

Participation in the Program does not create a physician-patient, hospital-patient, or other licensed healthcare provider-patient relationship with Momcozy or its affiliates.

Momcozy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) or any other professional certification organization or healthcare institution. Momcozy does not itself provide medical, lactation, or healthcare services; it facilitates access to breastfeeding education and lactation support provided by qualified IBCLCs.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, network failures, or IBCLC unavailability. If the Program cannot be operated as planned, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it without further obligation.

14. MODIFICATION & RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules in good faith and in a reasonable, non-discriminatory manner. Sponsor may correct clerical errors and make reasonable administrative modifications. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program or these Official Rules at any time, subject to applicable law. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Incorporation of Terms of Service
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Program, these Official Rules, or your participation in the Program shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 20 (Dispute Resolution) of the Momcozy Terms of Service ("Terms"), which are incorporated herein by reference.

For your convenience, the key dispute resolution provisions include:

Applicable law:

- If you reside in Europe, disputes are governed by the laws of Germany.

- If you reside in the United States, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

- If you reside in other countries or regions, disputes are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Informal dispute resolution:

Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation. A written dispute notice should be submitted to Momcozy at support@momcozy.com and include your name, contact information, factual description and legal basis of the dispute, and requested relief.
Arbitration:

Where arbitration applies:

- Europe: disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

- United States: disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) consumer arbitration rules.

- Other regions: disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
Class action and jury trial waiver:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, and class actions, class arbitration, representative actions, and jury trials are waived as described in Section 20 of the Terms.

This summary is provided for reference only and does not modify, supplement, or override the Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between this summary and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail. For complete details, please refer to Section 20 (Dispute Resolution) of the Terms.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2 Relationship to Other Agreements
These Official Rules govern your access to and use of this Program. They do not supersede or replace the Momcozy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or any other applicable platform agreements (collectively, "Platform Agreements"), which remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Platform Agreements, the Platform Agreements shall govern with respect to matters of account ownership, data privacy, intellectual property rights, and platform conduct; these Official Rules shall govern with respect to Program-specific matters including eligibility, consultation procedures, and service limitations.

16.3 Official Rules Availability
These Rules will remain accessible on the designated Program page during the Program Period and for a reasonable time thereafter.

16.4 No Waiver
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

16.5 Language
If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.

16.6 Void Where Prohibited
The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
