*Update* Momcozy has top notch customer service. After seeing my review, they reached out with a refund offer even though this was likely a fulfillment issue and not their fault. Other brands don't take care of their customers the way Momcozy does, would recommend buying from them as I will again as well *original review* Product works fine, but I was sold a used item as new. It was poorly repackaged and had batteries in the scale already, indicating that it had been used then returned. Unacceptable.

This is a nice scale the only feature I wish it had was to display/recall the last measurement which would be SO helpful during weighed feeding sessions instead having to remember or write down the starting weight.
