I didn't think a cream could make such a difference, but it is a lifesaver. Before I used it, pumping was painful, my nipples would crack, bleed, and hurt so bad. Now it's cooling, soothing, and really helps my skin heal. It's safe to use while breastfeeding and pumping. Seriously, I don't know how I managed before this! I have bought so many more tubes of it.

Currently 6 months pregnant and get chapped nipples pretty bad, especially since it's winter. This works without being cold, but if you pop it in the fridge, it makes it a bit more soothing without irritating the sensitive skin.
