30-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Momcozy offers a 30-day no-reason return policy for unused and unopened products with intact packaging. Returns must include all original accessories and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are excluded from this policy.
Exchange Policy
Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.
Quality Issues: If a product is damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will provide you with a solution that best suits your needs.

My baby loves it. Baby is comfortable and I donโt feel any back pain while using this. The only issue that I notice is the press stud button keep on unfastening though it also has a zipper connecting the seat and the back panel.
I like the functionality and safety of the item.
