30-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Momcozy offers a 30-day no-reason return policy for unused and unopened products with intact packaging. Returns must include all original accessories and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are excluded from this policy.
Exchange Policy
Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.
Quality Issues: If a product is damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will provide you with a solution that best suits your needs.

Nice to wear for an hour or two at a time - properly fitted, I didn't have any shoulder or back pain. I have only used it in one position so far for baby but I'm excited to be able to use it for other positions as they get older!
I had the other Momcozy carrier but this one is a game changer. My son loves being able to be world facing and the ability to take the top off for just the hipseat is so helpful

My baby loves it. Baby is comfortable and I don’t feel any back pain while using this. The only issue that I notice is the press stud button keep on unfastening though it also has a zipper connecting the seat and the back panel.
I like the functionality and safety of the item.
