    This is my second s12 Mt current one lasted 21 months as it's starting to go out with the motor. I only wish the Shipping and process was faster after ordering im in need of the new one asap. These are great products as I use them daily.

    I love the s12 i received but one of the pumps is weaker and makes a weird noise when pumping it sounds like its giving in and slowly sucking less and less so i have only been using one pump back and forth which is not very convenient because i have to drive around a lot all day i have 3 kids at different schools and having to empty and switch sides between schools is a hassle. Im hoping theres a way i could send the one side back to be replaced or fixed?
